It's been awhile but I still haven't gotten my arse into gear and gotten an internet conection at the new place. I will get around to it eventually..

Let's see.. I have been on holidays the last 2 weeks and done nothing at all.. just bummed around but I go back to work tomorrow and am looking forward to it as i'm really bored.

The guys came around on friday night to have some early birthday drinks with me (my birthday is thursday but we are all working and I am working all the easter weekend) that was alot of fun. We all got really, really drunk and then for some reason decided it would be funny to shave my head.... I am really glad I have a nice shaped head :P

Other than that there really isn't much happening. I went to big Gay Day with Michelle and Pete last weekend.. we had fun to a degree. I don't think I have ever been hugged by so many queers in one day lol.

That's about it really... boring aren't I

Well I am moving in the next couple of days and will be offline for... well i'm not really how long i'll be offline for.

I am looking forward to the move though. It will be fun living with Pete till August. Once August comes we are both moving into the city and Michelle is going to live with us :)

Pete is coming back to Black and White that makes me happy.. He also asked me to move in with him next month.. i'm still thinking about it because I think I might want to move in with Kim but I don't know..

I booked in to get a tatt yesterday, both Michelle and myself are getting one done on the 12th of Feb. Got my Mowhawk coloured today it's pink, purple and aqua and my head is shaved other than the mowhawk.. it is a really different look for me. Tomorrow I am getting 3 more piercings.

Yeah I don't know why all the changes.. I just feel.. I feel something but nothing all at the same time.

Nothing makes sense anymore.

I hate this time of year at work.. we are so busy and while it does make the time go faster I come home with the most shocking headache and bad mood every night. NOT GOOD! I;m on stupid dog shifts the next 3 nights and only have 1 day off before heading back to do afternoons for 2 days.

Can't wait for Saturday night.. TEGAN AND SARA CONCERT!!!!!!!! Michelle is heading down to Melbourne on Wednesday for the concert down there.... so jealous I really wanted to go but my car is a shit and yeah is killing me in the money department.

I have no idea when I am going to have time to do my xmas shopping... I believe Michelle and myself are going to go out when they have the 24hr night at Chermside.. nothing like a spot of shopping at 2am followed by breakfast :)

I finally got my Xams tree up tonight... yeah I know i'm late but I have been really, really busy. I am currently not enjoying the Xmas season and I have to cut back on presents for all because of my stupid car and the amount of money it has cost me over the last few weeks and how much it is going to cost me over the next few.... that makes me sad.

Mind you I saw a phone yesterday when I went shopping with Michelle and yeah I kinda fell in love with it and want to make it mine. It was purple and all pretty... it made me smile :)

I'm thinking really hard about leaving my job and going to work for the company Pete is working for. The pay is so much more than i'm getting now and the hours are steady and permanent. None of this 24/7 bullshit I do currently. It would mean starting at the bottom again but as it is I have gone as far as I can within this company. Maybe if I stayed for years I could progress but short term I have nowhere to go.

I'm rather confused over the whole thing though as i'm really comfortable there and I love the people I work with but if I am to think of what's best for me i'd really have to say the stable hours and increased pay would be that way to go.

Meh so much to think about!

I'm just about to head off to the Valley for a few drinks at the Wickham. Meeting Pete down there
should be fun. Not too many drinks for me though since I am going to drive down. That's cool though because I have a few nights of drinking planned in the next couple of weeks.

I want to watch season 3 of The L Word but noooooooo do you think I can find it anywhere up here... they are all sold out. See the thing is I have it on the computer but I want the legit version that I can hole up in my bedroom and watch in peace. I just don't want to rewatch season 4 before I watch the third season again..

I might just have to borrow Michelle's copy as she suggested at work today...

Well.... what can I say.

Today I started training and damn I have to be a grown up at work now and actually act responsable... I will be running the floor and have anywhere up to 30 staff under me... it's all a little daunting really.

I'm not use to being the boss... today everyone was looking at me for answers today.. I didn't really have that many but held my own.

I should do better tomorrow..

Ok I am off to bed now as I am stuffed! Have had very little sleep for the past few night.. my mind just isn't behaving at all!

Looking forward to Saturday night... looks like we are going to hang out down South Bank and watch the boom booms before walking into the city and then more than likely the Valley. I'm going to drive over to Pete's and catch the train in with him. John and Michelle will meet us there to watch the fireworks before heading into the city/valley and which ever venue we choose to meet the others as they finish work for much drinking. I think i'm staying at Pete's place or maybe Michelle's not sure.. I think Pete's since that is where my car will be.

Me and Michelle were going to do something together on Sunday but then we remembered that it was Father's Day so that put an end to those plans since once of us has a Father (even if he doesn't accept her for who she is) to spend time with.

I got invited to John's Birthday party tonight.. that should be fun. I finish work at 9pm that night but so does Michelle so we are going to head over together... maybe Marty as well not sure. And I have Mick's going away bash the weekend after that.. from what I have been told plans have been made for me as to where I will be staying and all.. Nice of them to do all that before telling me lol..

Tonight at work I was thrown into the shift manager role and I did pretty good for someone with no training. I have a feeling I might be able to handle the role a little bit better than what I am allowing myself to believe.

I should get some sleep now... very sleepy.

I was really tired and I had phone calls and sms all day as Missy was having a bad day and got drunk to cope with it. I called her before I left work and talked her into going and sleeping it off.

Michelle got back tonight and came to see me at work. we chatted for around 45 mins (I was only supose to have a 10 min break :P) and she gave me chocolate malt balls from Melbourne.. can't believe she remembered I said I liked them :)

I need to sleep now... I have to be back at work at 11am.. its now 2.20am and I only just got home :(

The rain is still tumbling down outside... have been raining since Saturday and kinda cold. I do love the sound of rain on the roof though and the smell... love the smell.

I don't really have alot to say.. nothing too much happening. I spent way to much time at work last night answering Michelle's text msg.. I swear she has nothing better to do down there than msg me lol.

Looks like at least a group of 7 of us are heading down to watch Riverfire. So far it looks like myself, Pete, Michelle, John, Jordon, Katie, Martin and maybe Kelly (I need to speak to her today) will head down and then out for drinkies afterwards.

So yeah... that's about it....

This morning I was woken up by a still drunk and heading for a hangover Michelle.. she msged me at around 7.30am to tell me she stole a lesbian mag last night lol. Not really sure what the point of it was but ended up having a pretty random sms convo with her till around 9.am.

I ended up heading over to her place and we just hung out all day talking. I haven't laughed so much in one day for a long time :).. we had fun! I only really just got home because she was stuffed and is flying to Melbourne tomorrow. I might get a pressie when she comes home.. I bet its a gay movie from out dvd :P

I am tired myself might go have an early one or maybe watch DEBS.

Well work was boring last night and seeing how the shift manager is also a friend of mine outside of work I did very little other than sit with him and chat all night lol.... was kinda fun!

I said to him just as a passing comment that I was hoping to move out next year and he got all excited telling me that him and his roomate need to resign their lease. Seems the 3rd person living there doesn't want to stay for another 12 mths so is moving out. Pete wants me to move in with them and like now. He got all excited like a little puppy. Soooo I am considering it and more than likely will within the next 3 - 4 weeks once I have a few things under control.

We also have made plans for a big night out to Riverfire. Scanned the roster and found that suprisingly most of the people we like and want to hang out with are either off or have an earlier finish.. I think the latest is 2100 so we plan on drinking and watching all the fire works before heading out to the valley for the remainder of the night.

Thats about all I have to report.... although I did meet a nice girl yesterday.... yeah she was nice :)

This morning at work was a bit of a shocker.. drivers can be idiots!

Michelle sent me an sms to warn me that a driver called up to complain about me today (it's ok she stuck up for me :D) she basically wanted to let me know what she said so if I am questioned we can have out stories straight (about the only straight thing between us ;P) but that was sweet of her..

I'm on again tonight after finishing at 7am this morning... but I have 3 days off after this. Looking forward to them!
